Cancellation Policy

At Ancle Supari, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund (if payment has already been made).

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has been:

  • Packed for dispatch, or

  • Shipped by our courier partner,

it cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

3. Cancellation by Ancle Supari

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

  • Delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners.

  • Any unforeseen operational or logistical issues.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancelled orders:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Modifying an Order

If you need to change your delivery address, contact information, or any other order details, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
